  A rare seaweed found in the “Bleu Bien Area” between the Pen Lan Peninsula and the Île de Moëde in France. Underwater, it shimmers in rainbow hues, hence its name.

• Butcher’s Broom (Ruscus aculeatus)
  A plant long valued in Europe as an herbal tea. Its distinctive phylloclades (leaf-like stems that combine the qualities of both leaves and stems) give it unique properties.
