After Shipping: Once your order has been shipped, cancellation is not permitted. At this stage, our priority is to ensure your order reaches you in a timely manner. If you wish to return the items after receiving them, please refer to our return policy for further instructions.
Return
At Tokyo Beauty Box, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return policy outlined below:

Change of Mind Returns:
- If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind, you may do so within 7 days of receiving your parcel.
- Please note that for change of mind returns, the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping fees.
- 7% bank processing fee will be charged.

- In the rare event that you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact our customer service team immediately - must within 7 days of receiving your parcel.
- We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label to send the item back to us free of charge.
- Once we receive the returned item, we will process a full refund or replacement, whichever you prefer.

- Once your return request is approved, we will send you the return label that should be downloaded and packed in return parcel, and provide you with further instructions on how to return the item.

2. Refunds Due to cancellation:
- 7% bank processing fees will be applied to the refund.
- We will promptly process the refund once your cancellation has been approved, including the original shipping fees if applicable.
3. Refunds Due to change of mind:
- 7% restocking fees will be applied to the change of mind refund.
- We will promptly process a full refund once we received return products, excluding the original shipping fees if applicable.
- If an error occurs on our end that necessitates a refund, such as sending the wrong item or a damaged product, no extra fees will be applied to the refund.

Exchange
Exchange is not accepted but you can return the products and replace a new order for the products you want.
