<How to Use>

• After cleansing, dispense 2 pumps and apply evenly to your skin.
  For massage use, take 2–3 pumps.

<30-Second Massage Technique>

1. Following the arrows in the diagram, gently massage in circular, spiral motions. Around the eyes, make circular motions. Repeat each step 3 times.

2. Using your whole palm, glide outward from the center of the face toward the ears. Then sweep down past the front and bottom of the ears toward the collarbones.

3. Finally, gently grasp both ears and rotate lightly.
